Cider Making

If you know anything about the history of perry and cider making in Wales we want to hear from you. If you know the origins of the tradition we'd love to include it here. But it's not just the history of the tradition we are after; do you know of any historic cider houses in Wales, of any historic figures who may have made perry or cider, or any tales from Welsh mythology which involved cider apples and perry pears. We're up for anything!
