The Welsh Perry & Cider Festival

The annual Welsh Perry & Cider Festival is the culmination and celebration of all the hard work that takes place across the industry throughout the year. From the picking of the first apple in September and the squashing of the last pear in December, to the careful Springtime blending, Summer events, and Winter orchard pruning.

Started in the back of a pub at Clytha, Abergavenny, the festival moved in 2013 to the beautiful surroundings of Caldicot Castle and Country Park where it now welcomes over 3000 visitors each year.

The weekend promises the full festival experience of music, entertainment and of course the widest selection of real Welsh perry and cider spread out behind a 16metre bar.
